Rhode Island lawmakers and Gov. Lincoln Chafee announced a compromise Thursday that they say will allow three already licensed medical marijuana dispensaries to open without the risk of a federal prosecution. Better late than never, can’t wait to see them up and operating. I’m gaining more and more respect for Chafee everyday when it comes to marijuana law reform. Now on to decrim!
